The Pure Journey: When Dreams Find You

Sometimes the best dreams are the ones you never knew you had.

I never set out to build a spa  – funny how life has its own plans, isn't it? Pure started as nothing more than a whisper of an idea, a simple wish to create something different in our community. I dreamed of a place where laughter would echo through the halls, where both clients and staff would feel that spark of joy when walking through the doors. A drama-free sanctuary where passion for wellness could truly flourish.

And oh, how that little dream took flight!

From a cozy 800-square-foot beginning, Pure grew like a happiness-seeking vine, stretching first to 1,400, then 2,000, and eventually 3,500 square feet. Each expansion brought new stories, new smiles, new possibilities. But the universe wasn't done with us yet – not by a long shot.

Then came that magical day in 2024. There I was with Hannah and Lexi, hanging out at the front counter after a no-show (thank you, universe, for that perfect timing!). Something made me look out the window that day – really look – at this plane brown building I'd passed a thousand times before. It was like seeing an old friend for the first time, and suddenly, I just knew.

"Hey girls," I said, "I'm going to check that building out." Little did I know that casual stroll would change everything.

The excitement bubbling in my chest when I called my mom/ real estate agent. Sure, the price tag made my eyes pop a little (okay, a lot!), but something in my heart whispered, "Just try." So we did what any sensible dreamers would do – we threw our hopes to the wind and asked the bank.

And you know what? The bank said YES! 

It was as if the universe itself was throwing open doors we didn't even know existed. Help appeared from the most unexpected places, opportunities practically danced into our laps, and despite the crazy long hours, missed weekends, and endless cups of coffee that kept us going – every single step felt right. Like following a trail of green lights leading us home.

Now, as we step into 2025, watching our new space transform day by day, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude. This journey has taught me that sometimes the best dreams aren't the ones you carefully plan – they're the ones that find you when you're brave enough to say "yes" to possibility.

Our new chapter is still being written, and I can hardly contain my excitement for what's next. The walls of our new space hold not just our dreams now, but the dreams of every person who will walk through our doors. As we pour our hearts into this renovation, I know in my soul that this is just the beginning of something truly magical.

Here's to finding green lights in unexpected places, to trusting the journey even when the path isn't clear, and to all the beautiful souls who've made Pure not just a spa, but a dream come true. The best part? Our story is still unfolding, and I have a feeling the most magical chapters are yet to come.
