APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
At Pure Skin Wellness Spa, we value the time and energy of both our guests and practitioners. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive the full care and attention you deserve. When appointments are missed or changed at the last minute, it becomes difficult for our providers to rebook that time and affects other guests who may be waiting for an opening.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be invoiced with a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price, which goes directly to your service provider. If a second cancellation made within 24 hours of a scheduled service takes place, a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price will be invoiced. If three late cancellations occur, the guest will be asked to place a card on file for future cancellation fees.
To ensure your best possible experience, please arrive 10 minutes early for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so we can stay on time for our next guest. We appreciate your understanding and your partnership in creating a respectful, relaxing experience for all PURE guests.
