At PURE Skin Wellness Spa, we value the time and energy of both our guests and practitioners. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive the full care and attention you deserve. When appointments are missed or changed at the last minute, it becomes difficult for our providers to rebook that time and affects other guests who may be waiting for an opening.

• Cancellations with notice made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged/ invoiced a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price, which goes directly to your service provider.

• No Show and No Notice cancellations of the scheduled service will be charged/invoiced a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price.
