Eligible Returns:

Most unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment. If ordered online, PURE will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product).

Opened products may only be returned or exchanged if the guest experiences an adverse or allergic reaction. In this case, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We may ask for a description or photo of the reaction to help us better support your skincare needs.
Online Returns:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
