Our serene sanctuary in the heart of Mount Vernon is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. At PURE you are held in a space that supports healing, nervous system recovery, and deep restoration.
When you walk through our doors you’ll be warmly welcomed by our Hospitality Coordinator at the front desk, where you will be checked in for your service and guided into our peaceful Emerald Lounge.
This elegant space is designed for PURE relaxation—with plush seating, soft lighting, and a tranquil atmosphere that invites you to unwind. Enjoy complimentary snacks and vitamin-infused spa water curated to nourish and refresh.
PURE Parking
Pure Skin Wellness Spa has a dedicated parking lot for guests, located on the north side of the spa, off of 2nd street.
The main entrance is located on the south side of the spa, at the corner of West Gates Street and South 2nd Street.
Maximizing your visit
To ensure you have the best experience and enjoy every minute of your visit, we kindly recommend arriving 10 minutes early for scheduled services, allowing you time to park, check in with the hospitality coordinator, and use the restroom if necessary.
If you’ve booked a Wellness Lounge session, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your entry time so you can access the locker room, change into your spa robe, securely store your belongings, and enjoy your full hour in the Wellness Lounge.

We value the time reserved for each guest, and we ask that you review PURE's cancellation policy prior to your appointment. Our policy is in place to provide the highest care and consideration for our practitioners and all PURE guests.

When receiving a service, you will be provided with a spa wrap to change into. When visiting the Wellness Lounge, attire is required - we recommend athletic wear or a swimsuit; spa wraps are available upon request.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled service to allow time to settle in, use the restroom, and begin your experience in a calm, unhurried way. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled entry to the Wellness Lounge to allow time to settle into your locker, change, use the restroom, and begin your nervous system reset in a calm, unhurried way.
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, Pure Skin Wellness Spa is a child free environment.
Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased in the spa or online. They make a beautiful gift for any occasion.
Arriving late may shorten your service time to avoid impacting the next guest. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to settle in and enjoy your full experience.
PURE Parking is limited; to ensure spaces remain available for our guests, we kindly request that you move your car when your spa services have completed.
Free parking is available two blocks west of the spa next to the Mount Vernon Riverwalk, and three blocks south of the spa at the Mount Vernon Library Commons parking garage.
At PURE Skin Wellness Spa, we value the time and energy of both our guests and practitioners. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive the full care and attention you deserve. When appointments are missed or changed at the last minute, it becomes difficult for our providers to rebook that time and affects other guests who may be waiting for an opening.
• Cancellations with notice made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged/ invoiced a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price, which goes directly to your service provider.
• No Show and No Notice cancellations of the scheduled service will be charged/invoiced a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price.
